Coorator warrants that all artwork sold is authentic and meets its quality standards. Coorator does not work with artists on an exclusive basis and therefore cannot guarantee that further editions will not be produced.

COORATOR is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipment. If the shipment has been physically damaged, we suggest you contact your local postal office immediately.

All items are shipped to the address provided at the time the order was placed.

In the case that we are unable to deliver our packages to your given address (due to a lack of access to the site or an incorrect address), and the parcels are returned to us, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.

We charge standard flat shipping rates that vary depending on the final destination:

Most of our artworks are sold unframed and are rolled into shipping tubes. Works that are too large, fragile or require special packing may involve an additional shipping charge - in which case we will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost.

Shipping typically requires 10-15 working days. However, as the artworks come from all over the world, shipping may take longer than expected. If your order has not arrived after 15 working days please contact us.

We typically do not accept returns. If you would like to request a return within 14 days of delivery, please send us an email so that we can evaluate your case.
